Shipping & Delivery

We sure do! 

We offer fast and free shipping for all subscription orders worldwide and from time to time, offer free shipping as a promotion for one-off purchases.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• Worldwide Standard Delivery (all countries): Typically arrives within 4-10 business days.

• Worldwide Express Delivery (all countries): Typically arrives within 1-4 business days.

Shipping is free for all subscription purchases. 

For all one-off purchases, shipping cost is calculated automatically for you at checkout, simply checkout and enter your address to see the shipping cost for your region. 

We currently ship to all countries other than New Zealand. 

We sure do! However, there are a few that we are unable to send to.

Please note that international shipments can take 15 business days for rural regions.

If you have been waiting for more than 12 business days  to receive your order, please get in touch with our team to investigate the issue.

While we're based in Australia and New Zealand, we ship from either our US or NZ warehouses, depending on your location. 

If you're based in Australia or New Zealand, it will be shipped from our NZ-based warehouse.

and if you're based in Canada, The USA, The UK and other parts of Europe, your order will be shipped from our US-based facility.


 

Your Order Status

Once an order is placed, we may be able to make changes to the order, but you will need to contact us at: [email protected]

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Orders can be cancelled up until the point they have been placed in packing or shipped. Please note, because we ship out multiple times per day, sometimes your parcel has already shipped by the time we receive your inquiry! However, we still will always endeavour to see what we can do.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible at [email protected].

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an shipping confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. 

Firstly, please be sure to have a thorough check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you, it is very commonly just been placed somewhere hidden typically. 

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 3 days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Please make sure first that you haven't created your account / ordered under a different email. You can do so by finding your order confirmation (it will have gone to the email linked to your account), be sure to use this email only.

Exceptions For Heavily Discounted Bundles

Subscriptions

Our subscription allow you to schedule regular monthly shipments of supplements to your home. We encourage customers to try our products via the one-time purchase option to see if it works for their individual body before signing up for recurring monthly shipments. You can cancel any shipments via subscription portal at any time before the next charge date.

One-Time Purchases:

For one-time purchases, you can cancel your order through self-service within 12 hours before it's fulfilled.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date, and the item must be in its original condition. If you have not opened a bottle of Her Vitality product, please submit a return claim and we will provide you with a return label.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once we receive and process your return or cancellation request. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to process fully; however, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Please note: Our 'Welcome' discount codes for signing up to our newsletter cannot be combined with the subscription discount as we are already heavily discounting that item. Please also note that subscription discounts are automatically integrated into the pricing and shipping cost, so no discount needs to be applied!

If you're talking about the '20% OFF and free shipping' discount code, this is a deal we run for our subscription products where there isn't any discount code! This is automatically integrated into the price and shipping cost at checkout! 

If you are still having issues applying another code, a key thing to check is if you are trying to apply it to a subscription package. If so, that's likely why your code isn't working! We don't allow subscriptions to be combined, as our subscription packages are already heavily discounted and come with free shipping as is.
